Lisa Thornhill, M.S., DABR, MRSE

Biography

Ms. Thornhill comes to West Physics with over 20 years of experience in clinical Radiology and over 12 years of experience as a Diagnostic Medical Physicist. Her thesis project in graduate school focused on the comparison of three methods for performing magnetic resonance angiography of the carotid arteries. Ms. Thornhill is also a certified technologist in Nuclear Medicine, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Quality Management along with Radiology Administration. She has taught various Radiological Physics courses at the college level. Her expertise is in Magnetic Resonance safety having also achieved certification as an MR Safety Expert.
Ms. Thornhill is currently working on her Doctorate in Health Education & Research and is expected to graduate in 2019.
