Catherine M. Anderko, M.S., DABR, CHP

Cathy Anderko

Biography

Ms. Anderko has been actively engaged in Medical Health Physics and Diagnostic Physics activities for the past 20 years in progressively challenging roles. Before joining West Physics, she was Radiation Safety Officer and Director of Medical Health Physics for a major medical center in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She is very experienced in the Health and Medical Physics activities and regulatory requirements of Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, Basic Research with radiotracers, 60Co and 137Cs gamma irradiators, clinical therapeutic applications, and radiological emergency response.

Areas of interest include teaching, imaging physics QC, and also building programs that maximize safety for patients and workers while maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness for client users. She was involved in developing programs for microsphere therapy, fluoroscopy patient skin dose tracking, Fluoroscopy Credentialing Programs for non-Radiologists, computer-based self-learning programs, and NRC Increased Controls for quantities of concern.

Ms. Anderko is originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Gregg Daversa, R.T. (R)(CT)(MR)

Gregg Daversa

Biography

Mr. Daversa’s experience base in the imaging industry spans over 25 years and encompasses a multitude of progressively more complex and challenging assignments. Prior to joining West Physics, Mr. Daversa worked at one of the nation’s largest outpatient and mobile imaging organizations, Insight Health Corp. Mr. Daversa started his career as a technologist, and then moved on to roles as an operations manager, clinical and didactic instructor, Director of Regulatory & Quality Improvement, and finally as Vice President of Clinical and Technology Services. During his years at Insight, he made significant advancements in the performance of the multimillion-dollar operation by building business relationships, upgrading technology, and implementing best practices for safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

In his most senior role at Insight, Mr. Daversa managed technology assessment, equipment procurement, and regulatory program for 60 fixed imaging sites and 100 mobile MRI & PET/CT units operating in 25 states. He identified opportunities to expand revenue generation and supported the business development team for mobile and imaging center acquisitions.

Mr. Daversa is originally from Jamestown, NY.

Mary Quattlebaum, B.A.

Mary Quattlebaum

Biography

Ms. Quattlebaum studied International Affairs with a concentration in business, economics, and policy at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. After graduating from college, Ms. Quattlebaum joined West Physics in February of 2008 and was in charge of West Physics’ administrative functions until moving into quality & process improvement in 2020.

Ms. Quattlebaum is originally from Columbia, South Carolina.

Geoff Gillon, B.B.A., CPA

Geoff Gillon

Biography

Mr. Gillon began his career in the audit practice of Grant Thornton in Atlanta after graduating from The University of Georgia. During his time at Grant Thornton, Mr. Gillon participated in international rotations in the London, England and Sydney, Australia offices and progressed through the ranks to Experienced Audit Manager prior to starting his career as a Financial Controller.

Mr. Gillon joins West Physics with 7+ years of Controller experience, most recently at eHire, LLC and Collective Insights Consulting, a Georgia Fast40 recipient, where he was integral in establishing foundational financial and operational processes during a period of significant growth.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Mr. Gillon resides in Atlanta with his partner, Kathryn. In his free time, he is an avid traveler, golfer, and runner.
